The City of Fogdown
Notes from DM: Looks good.
Vuutharak wears a tattered and faded red cloak and hood, the only ragged clothing on his frame. He stands 6’3 and weighs 190 lbs, but rarely stands to his full height, instead crouching in a predator’s hunch. His body is lean and corded with muscle, and his long limbs are covered in ebon scales that are smooth, hard, and gleam faintly in the light. His thick hide rises into leathery spikes on his knuckles and clawed toes, and two spikes jut off his lower jaw on either side. Ridged, bone-colored horns rise off the sides of his head and curve downward and outward, the sharp points facing away from his snout on either side. A webbed, spiky fin runs from the top of his head down the length of his neck. The fin usually rests drawn against his head, but stands on end when he is angry or frightened. A hideous, deep purple scar mars the right side of his face in a vertical line down either side of his empty eye socket. A leather bag containing 30 or so wooden shafts hangs at his side, as well as a long and wickedly curved knife carved from the femur bone of a dwarf. When he speaks he reveals a mouth full of white fangs and a forked tongue. His voice is deep, raspy and filled with the low hum of something inhuman, like the exhalation of a crocodile that has just surfaced. His movements are animalistic yet graceful and give the impression of coiled menace. Vuutharak’s demeanor is predatory and primal, and his presence often unsettles those he meets.
